HOPE MILLS — Hope Mills police have charged a suspect with murder in connection to a June 24 shooting on North Main Street.William Donelle Dillard, 26, of the 4200 block of Falmont Place, Fayetteville, has been charged with the first-degree murder of Kitric Shavoy Reeves Jr., according to a news release from Hope Mills police.
