Fayetteville police ID pedestrian, driver in Ramsey Street accident
Police have identified the pedestrian and driver involved in a crash Saturday that critically injured the pedestrian.The pedestrian has been identified as Jarvis D. Carter, 62, of the 1800 block of Ramsey Street. Carter was at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center on Sunday in critical but stable condition, the Police Department said.The driver has been identified as Brandon L.
