Fayetteville man arrested on insurance fraud charges
Special agents with the North Carolina Department of Insurance have charged a Fayetteville man with insurance fraud.Orlando Chin, 34, of the 1400 block of Aultroy Drive, was arrested July 22, a news release from the Department of Insurance said.Agents with the Insurance Department said Chin reported the wrong date of an auto accident to Progressive Insurance to obtain a claim.
