Fayetteville man, 79, charged with sex offenses against minors
A 79-year-old Fayetteville man faces indecent liberties charges with two minors that allegedly occurred from 2009 through 2012, according to magistrate’s records.Edwin Bernard Ivers, of the 400 block of Botany Court, was charged Friday with three counts of indecent liberties with a child and two counts of first-degree sex offense.The sex crimes with one victim took place from July 16, 2009, through July 13, 2010, records indicate.The incidents with a second […]
