Uruguay withdraws from OAS meeting over Venezuela opposition delegation
Uruguay on Thursday withdrew from a meeting of the Organization of American States (OAS) being held in Medellin, Colombia, in protest of the presence of what it said was an illegitimate delegation from Venezuela.
