Qatar's emir offers condolences to former Egyptian president Mursi's family
Qatar’s emir, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, offered condolences in a tweet on Monday to the family of former Egyptian president Mohamed Mursi “and the brotherly Egyptian people”.
