1. Arsenal tours: The Museum of the Cape Fear is offering tours of the arsenal Tuesday, June 25, July 2, July 16 and July 30. Tour times are 10 a.m., noon and 2 p.m. The arsenal is the planned location for the N.C. Civil War & Reconstruction History Center. A volunteer with National Park Service experience will conduct the tours, officials said. No appointment or reservation is required.
