Motorcyclist killed after being struck by lightning on Florida highway
Lightning struck and killed a motorcyclist Sunday afternoon as he was heading south on Interstate 95, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.An out-of-state tourist, who happened to be a trooper with the Virginia State Police, was traveling along the highway when he saw the lightning strike the motorcyclist’s helmet a second before the crash, said Capt.
