Mexican leader admits shortcomings on security at launch of new police force
Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador said on Sunday his 7-month-old government had yet to make progress in tackling record levels of violence afflicting the country as he launched a new militarized police force tasked with fixing the problem.
