Man faces rape charges in Lumberton
LUMBERTON — A man wanted for rape and kidnapping charges was arrested on May 31, according to a Lumberton Police department press release.Armando Granados Pedraza, 31, of Sanford, was charged with 2nd degree forcible rape, 1st degree kidnapping and felony breaking and entering.
