Man accused of killing Hania Aguilar could face death penalty
Hania Aguilar was kidnapped Nov. 5 outside her mobile home on the outskirts of Lumberton as she was preparing to go to school. Her body was found more than three weeks later, on Nov. 27, after a desperate three-week search overseen by the FBI.
