U.S. Supreme Court rejects Iraqi immigrant's challenge to deportation
The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday rejected a bid by a Christian Iraqi immigrant to avoid deportation for a drug conviction after more than three decades in the United States who argued he would be tortured if sent back to his home country.
