Transition expected at detox center on Roxie Avenue
A minimum disruption in services is expected when operations at the Roxie Detox and Crisis Stabilization Center transition from Cape Fear Valley Health to a company contracting with Alliance Health.Cape Fear Valley had planned to stop providing services at the Roxie Avenue center on Thursday, according to Janet Conway, a hospital spokeswoman.
