Russia calls U.S. nuclear accusation 'crude provocation'
Russia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Thursday called a U.S. allegation that Moscow may be conducting nuclear tests in violation of a moratorium on such tests “groundless” and a “crude provocation.”
