Two suspects have been charged with stealing $10,000 worth of college textbooks over the course of several months from the bookstore on the Fayetteville Technical Community College campus, authorities said.Brandy Marie Yarbrough, 22, of Fuquay-Varina, and Chad Allen, 25, of Lillington, were arrested Sunday.
