NC foster care worker accused of sex offenses involving teen
MARION — A North Carolina woman identified as a foster care worker is accused by authorities of an inappropriate relationship with a teenager boy for nearly a month. The McDowell County Sheriff’s Office says in a news release on Monday that 32-year-old Tiffany Lynn Forscutt of Marion is charged with statutory rape/statutory sex offense and sex act by a governmental or private institutional employee.
