Live Wire: Samsung ice maker class-action lawsuit ordered into mediation
Q: I have (a Samsung French-door refrigerator with a faulty ice maker) and it has been maddening. I have moved and my mail is not being forwarded, so I need to know how to properly contact Samsung or whomever is handling the class-action lawsuits.
