Kremlin protests over U.S. arrest of Russian accused of smuggling fighter jet manuals
The Kremlin said on Wednesday it was deeply unhappy about the U.S. extradition earlier this year of a Russian man accused of illegally smuggling manuals for the U.S. F-16 fighter jet into Russia.
