Firefighters respond to house fire in Lafayette Village
No one was harmed in a house fire Monday night in Lafayette Village, according to a news release.Firefighters were dispatched to the fire at 5106 Banyan Road, where first-arriving units found the single-story residence with smoke coming from the rear of the structure, according to Capt. Mark Williams.The fire was quickly extinguished, the release said, and no occupants were at home at the time of the fire.Bill Kirby Jr.
