City-county 911 center talks face deadline
A long-running effort to bring under one roof emergency dispatchers from Fayetteville and Cumberland County might be facing its final deadline this month.Three city council members and three county commissioners met Monday in an attempt to hash out details of an agreement to co-locate the two operations.
