Big South tournament at Segra Stadium fills hotel rooms, attracts visitors
The Big South Conference Baseball Championship at Segra Stadium this week is bringing in thousands of visitors who are filling area hotels and having an estimated economic benefit of at least $1.5 million, city officials say.Officials estimate the event will bring more than 2,000 people into town and fill nearly 1,000 hotel rooms.
