Venezuela defense minister says 'act of violence partly defeated'
Venezuelan Defense Minister Vladimir Padrino said “acts of violence” by some members of the armed forces on Tuesday had been “partly defeated” and that the military’s top ranks remained “loyal to the constitution.”
