UPDATE: Man identified in Harnett fatal crash
SPRING LAKE — One person died Monday morning and another person has been flown to UNC Hospitals after a crash involving a car and a commercial tractor trailer northwest of Spring Lake in Harnett County, authorities said.Marvin Matos Franco, 40, no address available, died at the scene, according to Trooper Eric Mellott, a spokesman for the N.C.
