Tripoli neighborhoods 'turning into battlefields': Red Cross
The humanitarian situation has sharply deteriorated around the Libyan capital Tripoli, where “densely populated residential areas are gradually turning into battlefields”, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) said on Thursday.
