Tip leads to Fayetteville cocaine arrests
Police arrested a man and woman Saturday and charged them with cocaine offenses after Fayetteville officers investigated an anonymous tip.Leonard Davis, 40, of the 800 block of Cumberland Street, was charged with trafficking cocaine by possession, trafficking cocaine by manufacturing, conspiracy to traffic cocaine, possession with intent to manufacture, sell, and deliver marijuana and maintaining a dwelling for narcotic use, a news statement from police said.
