Teen charged in Lumberton shooting
LUMBERTON — A 17-year-old was shot in the hand Thursday and police say they have have charged a 15-year-old in connection with the incident.The shooting happened in the area of First and Chippewa streets, police said.Treyvon Mitchell, 17, of North Cedar Street, was shot in his left hand and taken to Southeastern Regional Medical Center.
