Sudan's military council: 'We are ready to negotiate but no chaos after today'
The deputy head of Sudan’s Transitional Military Council said that he was ready to negotiate with the opposition but there should be no further unrest beyond Tuesday, a reference to protests disrupting trains and bridges.
