SOAR team to be featured on television show
The Cumberland County group that created the state’s first Community Child Abuse Prevention Plan will be featured on a UNC TV show Thursday.Members of the SOAR Team, which stands for Strengths in Overcoming Adversity thru Resiliency, will be part of the ncIMPACT show on adverse childhood experiences.
