Rouhani says U.S. blacklisting of Iran Guards a 'mistake'
Iranian President Hassan Rouhani on Tuesday defended the elite Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps as protectors of Iran a day after the United States labeled the group as a foreign terrorist organization.
