Pinwheel garden
To recognize April as Child Abuse Prevention Month, more than 10,000 blue pinwheels will be on display at locations around the county. Pinwheel garden kits are available for purchase at the Child Advocacy Center’s website, CACFayNC.org. The center hosted its Pinwheel Garden planting at noon Monday to honor the 686 children served by the center in fiscal 2018. In addition to the pinwheel gardens, businesses and restaurants will have vases of pinwheels on display.
