Cumberland County commissioners OK affordable housing agreement
Cumberland County commissioners unanimously approved a funding agreement Monday night with a nonprofit group for a federal program related to affordable housing.The agreement, which is part of the HOME Investment Partnerships Program, will provide up to $250,000 to Kingdom Community Development Corporation so it can build a townhouse duplex on Chapel Hill Road in Spring Lake.
