Firefighters are on the scene outside the Cross Pointe Centre on Morganton Road, where stores have been evacuated after police say a gas leak was reported.An incident was reported at 4:15 p.m. today.Campground Road, located behind the shopping center, has been closed by police to traffic.Police and other first responders are at the scene.
