Baseball stadium will be open to public for Saturday event, mayor says
Mayor Mitch Colvin said Wednesday afternoon he is confident that a “Fayetteville Fans First Look” of the downtown baseball stadium will happen as scheduled.The event is set from noon to 3 p.m. Saturday at Segra Stadium, home of the Class A-Advanced Fayetteville Woodpeckers, a farm team with the Houston Astros.Colvin said he met late Wednesday with officials from Barton Malow, the contractor building the stadium, and he was assured the company will receive a […]
