Fayetteville police are reporting that Gillis Hill Road between Raeford Road and Stoney Point Road is down to one lane due to a 6:15 p.m. crash involving three vehicles.Motorists should expect heavy delays through 7:30 p.m. Wednesday.This is a developing story.
