Police: Man releases kidnapped woman, charges filed
A man who is accused of kidnapping a woman released her and came out of a house near Dunn Road about noon Sunday, Fayetteville police said.Daniel James Jacobs, 34, of the 100 block of Openview Drive was charged Sunday with second degree kidnapping, assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury, and assault on a female.
