I got zinged by the parking folks downtown just the other day.I was stopping in at Winterbloom for a warm tea, a lunch time boost, and to read before I went in for a later shift at work. I got back to find a ticket on the windshield of my car. I was parallel-parked on Old Street, and my car wasn’t quite in the space.
