1. Wild game cookout: The Friends of Sampson County Waterways will host its annual Wild Game Cookout on March 16 at 11 a.m. at Clinton City Market on Lisbon Street. The serving of wild game and other food will begin around noon. Those who would like to cook on site should arrive early and bring a grill. Admission is $8 for adults, $4 for age 10 and under.
