Motorist faces drug charges after arrest on Interstate 95
A 25-year-old Massachusetts motorist was charged Wednesday with possession with and intent to sell and deliver and maintaining a vehicle of the sale of a controlled substance, according to a news release from the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office.Christian Pacheco, of Springfield, Massachusetts, was stopped by the Sheriff’s Office interdiction team as he drove southbound on Interstate 95.
