Man with 10-year history of indecent exposure arrests accused again in park incident
ALEIGH — A Raleigh man with a criminal record of at least 11 indecent exposure offenses was arrested Friday after Raleigh police say he exposed himself to a 3-year-old child at a park.Brandon Quentin Barbour, 28, of Raleigh, was charged with indecent exposure with a victim under 16 years old, a felony.Barbour was in Chavis Park on Thursday when he exposed himself to a child for the purpose of gratification, according to his arrest warrant.Wake County court records for […]
