Long Brexit delay would need parliamentary approval, UK's Leadsom says
British Prime Minister Theresa May would have to put a long delay to Brexit to parliament if that is what the European Union offer in talks this week, the leader of House of Commons Andrea Leadsom said on Wednesday.
