A Jacksonville man accused of killing a kitten as a threat has been arrested.Darwin Jarmaul Robinson Jr., 21, of Brothers Lane was arrested Saturday by the Onslow County Sheriff’s Office and charged with felony cruelty to animals, misdemeanor communicating threats and misdemeanor injury to personal property.Robinson is accused of strangling and breaking the neck of a small grey kitten before placing the kitten in the driveway of the Kitten’s owner, according to warrants.
