Fort Benning soldier killed during free-fall training in Arizona
A Fort Benning, Georgia, soldier died during free-fall training Friday, the Army announced Wednesday. Sgt. 1st Class Ethan Carpenter was a reconnaissance specialist assigned to the Regimental Special Troops Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment.
