Court reinstates Hernandez's murder conviction
The murder conviction of former Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez was reinstated Wednesday by the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts. The conviction had been erased after Hernandez killed himself in prison, before his appeal was heard.
