Couple sentenced to 47 years each on child sex charges
SNEADS FERRY — A Sneads Ferry couple pleaded guilty to child sex charges Monday and will each serve up to 47 years in prison. Matthew Maynard, 35, and Diane McCracken Maynard, 35, both pleaded guilty to rape of a child and first degree sexual exploitation of a minor, according to a news release from the Onslow County District Attorney.
