Brazil budget vote in Congress this week could cost $1 billion -Treasury
A move by Brazil’s Congress this week grabbing for more control over the federal budget would have an annual fiscal impact of up to 4 billion reais ($1 billion), Treasury Secretary Mansueto Almeida estimated on Thursday.
