A Fayetteville man is charged with possession of what police say is $145,000 worht of crack cocaine after Lee County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit agents and uniformed deputies stopped a vehicle on U.S. 1 north near the Colon Road exit, according to a news release issued Friday.
