S.C. man charged with felony DUI in three-vehicle crash
Spartanburg — A Spartanburg man faces multiple charges after a three-vehicle crash Friday morning on Highway 9. Michael Eugene Kelley II, 29, of 520 Winsmith Ave., was charged with two counts of felony DUI resulting in great bodily injury and driving under suspension.
