Valentine’s Carriage Rides: The Cool Spring Downtown District will host romantic, horse-drawn carriage rides for Valentine’s on Saturday from 1 to 8 p.m. at 222 Hay St., across from the Cameo Art House Theatre. Tickets may be purchased at City Center Gallery & Books, 112 Hay St., or charged by phone at 910-678-8899. Group rides are $15 per person or $10 for children under 10.
