N.C. police arrest woman who posed with damaged car after hit-and-run
WILMINGTON — Wilmington police arrested Courtnay Danielle Lawrence Tuesday evening for a hit-and-run incident that occurred on Feb. 6. Lawrence, 21, was seen on video purposely striking a female pedestrian on Rutledge Drive.
