Man charged in fatal Lumberton shooting
LUMBERTON — A 21-year-old Robeson County man has been charged with accessory after the fact to first-degree murder in conneciton with the killing of another man.Jonathan D. Locklear, of Blueberry Circle, Lumberton was arrested at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday by the Robeson County Sheriff’s Office Homicide Division.
